Produced specifically for children’s playgrounds, these premium chippings offer excellent shock absorption to help reduce the risk of injury from falls. Their vibrant colours bring energy and life to any outdoor setting, while the durable, quick-drying surface ensures minimal maintenance and maximum usability, even after rain. Carefully designed to resist fading and colour transfer, they retain their bright appearance for many years. 

Fully tested and ROSPA approved, they meet the highest safety standards, giving you complete confidence in their performance.

Please note, to ensure maximum protection with the right depth of chippings, we recommend: 

  • 50mm depth (20kg/m²) – Protection against falls up to 1 metre
  • 75mm depth (30kg/m²) – Protection against falls up to 1.5 metres
  • 100mm depth (40kg/m²) – Protection against falls up to 3 metres

A 500kg bulk bag will cover approx. 20 squared metres to a depth of 50mm.

Unlike others, Evolve Recycle paint our rubber chippings using a special pigment and binder, ensuring the colouring will last a lifetime.

For loose-fill rubber granulate surfaces, a half-tonne bag will cover approx. 15 square metres to a depth of 3 inches. Please feel free to check with our team if you need any advice.

Evolve Recycle can offer guidance on installation and the best use of our products, but unfortunately we do not offer an installation service.

Our typical delivery times are currently 2-3 working days across the UK, but please allow up to 5 working days just in case.

Yes once an order has been paid for, we can hold it in stock until whenever you need it.
