At Evolve Recycle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong goods or the incorrect quantity: You may refuse the delivery at the time it arrives, or notify us after delivery of the error. We will arrange either a free collection or a free additional delivery, depending on the situation. There will be no additional costs to you.
Incorrect Orders by Customer
If you have placed an incorrect order: We can arrange collection of the goods and provide a full refund once the items are returned. The goods must be made ready for collection in their original condition. The initial delivery cost and the return collection cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Period
You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the goods remain unopened and in their original condition. Refund will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
