Delivery Policy
At Evolve Recycle, we are proud to offer free delivery to selected products to customers across most parts of the UK.
Delivery Areas and Charges
Free delivery is available on selected products; however, some remote or logistically challenging areas (such as the Highlands & Islands) may require an additional delivery fee. We reserve the right to decline free delivery if the costs are likely to be substantially higher to complete the delivery.
Where free delivery is not available, a delivery charge will apply. Please contact us directly for a tailored delivery quote. Alternatively you can arrange collection of the goods from our site in Wem.
To qualify for free delivery on certain products, a minimum order quantity is required. This will be clearly stated on the relevant product page. Orders below the minimum threshold will incur a delivery charge.
Delivery Access and Limitations
We use a third-party service to fulfil delivery. Orders are delivered and unloaded at the front/main entrance of your property, business, or site using a tail lift and pallet truck.
Our vehicles are not equipped with cranes, meaning we cannot lift or lower goods over walls, fences, or other obstacles.
Delivery to the rear of properties cannot be guaranteed due to potential access restrictions. Once delivery is complete, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
Where possible, and at the delivery partner’s discretion, goods may be placed in a driveway or forecourt if the surface is flat, solid, and suitable for a pallet truck. Please note:
a) Pallet trucks cannot operate on rough surfaces such as gravel.
b) Deliveries cannot be made across sloping surfaces, over kerbs, or other unsuitable terrain.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us ensure smooth delivery, please inform us in advance of any access issues that may affect our drivers. Potential obstacles
include:
- Parked cars
- Narrow streets or cul-de-sacs
- Gated communities
- Low-hanging branches or trees
- Other restrictions affecting large delivery vehicles
If our delivery partner determines that it is unsafe or impractical to complete delivery, the goods will be returned to our depot and a full delivery charge may apply.
